Week 1 — Nitro Summer Power Up Camp
Power up your summer with a focused week of high-level training. This camp is built for players who want to refine their stride, sharpen their movement, and gain an edge heading into next season.
What’s Included:
1.5 hours of on-ice power skating daily, led by NHL-proven coaches
1 hour of dryland strength and movement focused on hockey-specific development
Structured recovery and active play to keep athletes engaged and energized
Limited edition Nitro hockey jersey
Our focus for Week 1:
Stride efficiency and power
Edge control and transition speed
Balance, posture, and movement under pressure
Daily Schedule:
8:00 AM – Check-In
8:30–10:00 AM – Dryland: Track & Strength
10:00–11:00 AM – Snack & Reset
11:15–12:45 PM – On-Ice: Powerskating
12:45–1:30 PM - Lunch & Reset
1:30-1:45 PM – Walk with Coaches to Stouffville Sportsplex
2:00-3:00 PM – Soccer/Games
3:00-3:15 PM — Return to Stouffville Clippers Arena
3:15-3:30 PM — Pick Up
Coaches: Grabovski, Kulemin, Spektor + Assistant Instructors
Location: Stouffville Clippers Arena
Group Size: Max 24 players

Full hockey equipment (don’t forget extra laces/tape)
Running shoes & athletic wear for dryland and soccer
Water bottle (labelled)
Extra snack if needed
Snack and beverage will be provided during the mid-morning break.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Due to limited space and high demand, we do not offer refunds. However, camp credit can be issued for future Nitro programs if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the camp start date.
If a player is injured or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances within that window, please contact us — we’ll do our best to work with you.
