Week Two - Nitro Shift Camp
Build confidence with the puck and level up your skating mechanics in a week designed for skill refinement and smart progression. Week 2 blends power skating and puck control — with an optional third ice session dedicated entirely to shooting.
What’s Included:
90 minutes of daily on-ice training focused on stride mechanics, edge work, and puck control
90 minutes of off-ice athletic development including sprint work, long jump, bodyweight circuits, medicine ball work, battle ropes, and more
Structured snack break and reset window
Limited edition Nitro hockey jersey
Optional Add-On:
Shooting Session (2:45–3:45 PM)
Players who opt in will receive a focused hour of shooting instruction — mechanics, release variations, shot selection, and rebound tracking in a small group setting. Additional cost applies.

Stride power and edge stability
Stickhandling under pressure
Puck protection and scanning habits
Explosive movement and full-body coordination
Shooting fundamentals (optional third ice)
Daily Schedule:
8:30 AM – Arrival & Check-In
9:00–10:30 AM – On-Ice Power Skating + Puck Skills
10:30–11:15 AM – Snack & Reset
11:30–1:00 PM – Dryland: Sprint Work + Strength & Power
1:00 PM – Pick-Up (for players not staying for third ice)
1:00–2:30 PM – Lunch + Light Engagement Activities
2:45–3:45 PM – Optional Ice Add-On: Shooting Session
3:45 PM – Pick-Up (for players staying for third ice)
Players remaining for the optional third ice will be supervised and engaged during the break between sessions.

Group Size: Max 24 players
What to Bring:
Full hockey equipment (don’t forget extra laces/tape)
Running shoes & athletic wear for dryland
Water bottle (labelled)
Lunch + extra snack if staying for the optional third ice
Snack and beverage provided during the mid-morning break.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Due to limited space and high demand, we do not offer refunds. However, camp credit can be issued for future Nitro programs if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the camp start date.
If a player is injured or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances within that window, please contact us — we’ll do our best to work with you.
